LinkedIn imports

Use these steps to start (or feed) a workflow with people or companies pulled directly from LinkedIn — a saved search, a specific post, an event, a poll, or your own network. Every step on this page requires a connected LinkedIn identity.

Search contacts from company

Finds people working at a given company on LinkedIn and imports them as contacts. Because it consumes a company as its input, this step can also run mid-workflow — for example right after a company search step — and doesn’t have to be the workflow’s starting step. Settings

Setting	Required	What it controls
Company	Yes	The company (from an earlier step) whose employees to search.
Maximum number of contacts to import	Yes (default 10)	Caps how many contacts are imported per company.
Search filters	No	Role, seniority, location, and other filters to narrow which employees are imported.
Keyword	No	Free-text keyword to match against people at the company.
Only include if company URN matches	No	Keep only contacts whose LinkedIn company id matches the company you’re working from — useful to discard people who moved on.
Import only new contacts	No	Skip contacts that already exist in your Enginy database.
Selected contact URNs	No	Import only specific LinkedIn profiles hand-picked in the node editor, instead of the full search result.

Search contacts from LinkedIn

Imports the people returned by a LinkedIn or Sales Navigator search. Use it when you already have a saved search URL (LinkedIn or Sales Navigator) that returns the people you want. Settings

Search companies from LinkedIn

Imports the companies returned by a LinkedIn or Sales Navigator search. Settings

Imports the people who reacted to or commented on a LinkedIn post. Settings

Search companies from LinkedIn jobs

Imports the companies behind the job openings returned by a LinkedIn jobs search. Settings

Imports the attendees of a LinkedIn event. Settings

Imports your LinkedIn followers as contacts. Settings

Search contacts from a profile’s posts

Fetches all of a LinkedIn profile’s posts in a date range and imports everyone who liked or commented on each of them. Settings

Setting	Required	What it controls
LinkedIn Profile URL	Yes	The profile whose posts to scan.
Date range	Yes (default: last 30 days)	A relative window that moves with each run, or a fixed start/end date range.
Import type	Yes	Whether to import people who liked, commented, or both, on each post.
Maximum number of contacts to import	No (default 100)	Caps how many people are imported in total across the scanned posts.

Search contacts from LinkedIn poll

Imports the people who voted on a LinkedIn poll. Settings
