Use these steps to complete or refresh company records already in your workflow — pulling their latest LinkedIn data, adding funding or technology data, or syncing with your CRM.

Sync companies with your CRM

Pulls the latest data for these companies from your connected CRM into Enginy. Use it to keep company records current with what’s in the CRM, especially after CRM-side edits. Enable full resync if CRM IDs are out of sync and need to be rematched from scratch. Settings Output: the companies, with data refreshed from the CRM. Requirements: requires a connected CRM.

Find company data by LinkedIn URL

Enriches the company’s LinkedIn page data from its LinkedIn URL. If the company has no LinkedIn URL on file, Enginy looks it up by name and domain first. Use it to refresh stale firmographic data before running other enrichment or actions. Settings Output: the company, with refreshed LinkedIn data. Requirements: requires a connected LinkedIn identity.

Enrich company technology stack

Discovers the technologies the company uses, powered by TheirStack. Use it to qualify or segment companies by their tech stack. Output: the company, with detected technologies added. Requirements: consumes Enginy credits.

Get company IQ insights

Gets LinkedIn Account IQ insights for the company: priorities, challenges, competitors and more. Use it to add context for personalizing outreach or account research. Output: the company, with Account IQ insights added. Requirements: requires a connected LinkedIn identity.

Enrich company with Fundraising data

Adds funding, investors and firmographic data from fundraising data. Use it when qualifying companies by funding stage or investor profile. Output: the company, with fundraising data added. Requirements: consumes Enginy credits.

Get company open jobs from TheirStack

Shows the jobs the company is advertising across multiple job boards. Use it as a buying-signal check, e.g. to spot companies hiring for roles relevant to your product. Settings Output: the company, with open jobs added. Requirements: consumes Enginy credits.

Get company headcount by department

Shows how many people work in each department, sourced from LinkedIn. Use it to segment or qualify companies by size or by the shape of a specific team. Output: the company, with per-department headcount added. Requirements: requires a connected LinkedIn identity.

Get company posts from LinkedIn

Gets the company’s latest LinkedIn posts. Use it to surface recent company activity for account research or personalization. Output: the company, with its latest LinkedIn posts added. Requirements: requires a connected LinkedIn identity.

Get ecommerce data from StoreLeads

Adds ecommerce data from StoreLeads: platform, estimated sales, traffic and more. Use it when qualifying ecommerce companies by platform or scale. Output: the company, with StoreLeads ecommerce data added. Requirements: consumes Enginy credits.

Get traffic insights from Similarweb

Adds website traffic and company intelligence from Similarweb, based on the company’s domain: monthly visits, pages per visit, average visit duration, bounce rate, global rank, site category, desktop/mobile share, B2B/B2C classification, and employee and revenue ranges. Use it to qualify or segment companies by their web presence — for example, keeping only companies above a traffic threshold. Output: the company, with Similarweb traffic data added. Requirements: requires a Similarweb API key connected in Settings → Integrations. The step only appears once Similarweb is enabled for your workspace.

Get company open jobs from LinkedIn

Shows the jobs the company is advertising on LinkedIn. Use it as a buying-signal check based on the company’s LinkedIn job postings. Output: the company, with open jobs added.
