# Sync a Social Selling identity

> Starts a LinkedIn re-read of one identity’s posts now: new posts become tracked posts (with their media, metrics, engagers and comment threads), so a post just published through Enginy gets its `trackedPostId`. Asynchronous (minutes); answers `alreadyRunning` when a sync is already queued or running, and 400 when the identity needs attention in Enginy first. Poll `get_social_selling_sync_status`. Nothing is written to LinkedIn.

    > **Rate limit:** 30 requests per minute
