# Delete company list folder

> Delete a company list folder. Descendant folders are deleted too. Lists inside the deleted folders are not deleted; they are unassigned from the folder hierarchy.

    > **Required scope:** `LISTS_WRITE`
    >
    > **Rate limit:** 30 requests per minute
